Refer-a-Farmer Program – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Refer-a-Farmer Program (“Program”) is open to farmers who have purchased and are actively using our DIY Biofertiliser Production System (“Existing Customers”).
1.2 Referrals must be genuine farmers operating a farm within Australia.
1.3 Employees, agents, or distributors of the company are not eligible to participate unless approved in writing.

2. Referral Reward

2.1 Existing Customers will receive $500 AUD for each Eligible Referral who:
a) signs up for an on-farm DIY Biofertiliser Production System through us, and
b) completes their initial training segment, and
c) has paid in full for their system.
2.2 The reward is issued once per referred farmer. Multiple rewards may be earned for multiple successful referrals.
2.3 The $500 reward will be paid via bank transfer within 30 days of all eligibility requirements being met.

3. Referral Process

3.1 To qualify, referrals must be submitted through our official referral form or email, and must clearly include the referrer’s full name and contact details.
3.2 A referral will only be considered valid if we have not previously been in contact with the referred farmer within the last 12 months.

4. Limitations

4.1 Self-referrals are not permitted.
4.2 Only one referrer may be credited for each new customer.
4.3 Referrals cannot be transferred, combined, or exchanged for other products, services, or discounts.
4.4 The company reserves the right to decline a referral reward if fraud, misuse, or inaccurate information is suspected.

5. Changes to the Program

5.1 We may modify, suspend, or end the Program at any time.
5.2 Any referrals submitted before changes take effect will be honoured under the terms active at the time of referral.

6. General

6.1 Participation in the Program indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 The company’s decisions regarding eligibility and reward allocation are final.
6.3 These terms do not create any agency, employment, or partnership relationship between the referrer and the company.
