The cost of a Training Starter Package includes a one-off setup and training fee (approx. 3 hours of hands-on 1:1 guidance during your first batch). Because this fee is spread across your first batch, the per-litre cost depends on your farm’s production size and can range between $1.80–$3.50/L. From your second batch onward, once the setup and training is behind you, cost settles at $1.20/L or less for ongoing production. Systems are scalable to suit different size farms and designed around an efficient starting production volume that can be refined or scaled over time as production expands.
Training includes technical support over the first three (3) complete batches, allowing time to understand the nuances and natural variability of biological fermentation.
